As we wind down a difficult 2020, Vee and AD discuss the challenges of finding the positive in what feels like negative times. We take some time to talk about a few things we are grateful for, and why it’s important to make it a practice to have gratitude daily through intentional living. This is our last episode of the longest year ever. We have been tested through our Mental health but have all seen personal growth. So as we take a chance to practice “how to be grateful”, we want to thank you all for every play, like, share, comment this year. We are all growing together and we are grateful for you growing with us!
